XQ-2 Metallographic Sample Inlay Machine
I Purpose
XQ-2 metallographic sample inlay machine uses intelligent numerical display temperature controller to replace former temperature controller and thermometer to automatically control the temperature in line with set temperature (from 0℃ to 300℃). Set temperature and measured temperature all can be displayed which is convenient to be observed and operated.
This machine is used to finish procedure before grinding and polishing to inlay metallographic samples that are small or not easy to be handled or have irregular forms, it is convenient to grind and polish after inlaying, as well as observe ideal structure of materials under metallographic microscope.
Inlay and padding of this machine is limited to thermosetting material whose pressing temperature can be regulated and automatically controlled under different conditions.
